Hey,

I finally decided to stick with a Necro/Elem as my main. Now I just need to flesh out a build for him. I have zero experience with the game, but I "think" I'd like to go with a build that uses either air magic or fire magic, and blood magic. Is that viable at all? What builds do u guys use?

Did you check the stickied Necromancer Basics thred? Generally you'll find many builds one would want to try already laid out in the threads up top.

Why not El/N? Energy Storage > Soul Reaping in basically any context.

I am working on an Elementalist/Necromancer character right now. I'll let everyone know what I think of it as I progress through the levels, quest, and missions.

Just FYI, I had a Necro/Elem and reach lvl 13. Wasn't that great

Nec/Ele is a great combo I am currently level 20.

-I recently switched to Death for many reasons. Soul Reaping is 20 times better for a Death Necro then for any other just because of the fact that when your minions die you can get back some of the energy you've invested. Also when you combine that with Seal of Lesser Energy or whatever you can summon a Bone Fiend/Minions for 5 instead of 25 Energy. Also it is very important to get your Death as high as possible, thus, you're going to need Sup runes. Also I make a TON of money with my Elementalist. Don't listen to people, go with what you think you will like and it will be good. All combos are good if you use them right.
